Meet Our Property Managers and Staff
Our property managers are experienced realtors who handle the management of rental property, the sale and purchase of rental investment properties, and work with individuals on the purchase or sale of their home.
Amalia Bridgeman – Founder
Amalia (Molly) Bridgeman, became a Realtor in 1977. Molly worked in and subsequently managed several real estate offices in the valley. In 1980 she obtained her broker’s license and in 1985 she opened her own Real Estate office in Glendale. Her office began as a thriving and successful sales and listing office. In 1986 Molly began providing investor and property management services. In 1997 Molly moved her office to our current location in downtown Glendale. Molly retired in 2019.
Glenn Bridgeman – Former Manager
Molly’s husband, Glenn Bridgeman, became a realtor in 1982 and a property manager in 1986. Glenn serves a vital role assisting us in the daily management of our investor’s properties. Glenn has been building relationships with our clients and our tenants for over thirty years. Glenn’s extraordinary experience makes him our most valuable member of our team and has been extremely instrumental in our continued excellent reputation in the real estate management community.
Glenn (Owen) Bridgeman II – Owner/Manager and Designated Broker
Owen is the oldest son of Molly and Glenn. Owen obtained his real estate license in 2006 and is now a licensed broker. Owen purchased the company in 2016 after retiring from a long and successful career as an air traffic controller as well as spending several years as an aviation consultant. Owen has owned and managed several investment properties. Owen has experience working with investors to purchase or sell their investment properties. Owen is actively involved in the day to day management of our client’s properties.
Linda Bridgeman – Owner
Linda Bridgeman is Owen Bridgeman’s wife. Linda is also a retired air traffic controller. Linda has extensive experience in being a property investor who self managed her properties. This gives Linda the knowledge necessary to assist in the day to day management of our properties. Linda also has experience as a small business owner. Her small business expertise contributes to her role in assisting in the management of the office.
